This is only YOUR problem, guys. You probably do not have children, do you? :-) Don't you know, that if a kid has tantrum, the best way to deal with it - do not notice it. It prevents it in future as well. But if you respond to it only once - that's it. The kid will use it always. So, why don't you spend your energy on something positive :-).
