You also have that Merkowitz Microwerkz in the same market.

Yes, emachines sell through Best Buy and Comp USA.

I can't speak on the profitability of emachines, but my guess is that the margins are very very thin.

JP, I think e-machines makes it's money from the iSP kickback. SOon Compaq will ask US customs to halt shipments, Compaq claims e-machines violate 13 of their patents. Could be big trouble for e-machines. They may need to totally assemble in the USA.
