Looks like people are snapping up these bargain prices. I picked up another 10k this am. That shoots my wad. Oh well. I'm a gambler at heart and I like the odds here. Limited down side (that would be zero, the goose egg, but as you can see, not that far to go, ha ha). On the other hand the upside potential; well, let's just say we may need to lease the Hubbell to see it. Don't mean to hype, just feeling a trifle manic...Tom
