I would think that Argentinian default rumors may still weigh on the market, I would expect a successful test of 1392 level, I am very positive on AMGN BGEN, I think Bio-tech sector will soon roar, I would expect AMGN to hit 85 taking out old high of 81, BGEN is also an interesting stock. LU still remains strong and I would expect it to do good, above 100 we can see MOT touching 110 soon, the new deal with teledesc will help MOT.. I think MER earnings today will still keep BKX under pressure a hit due to Latin American problems. Yields have moved to 5.92 as result of flight to quality due to concerns of 'default' rating on Argentinian debt, global markets are taking the hits however I would think that the threat is overblown although it may keep market under pressure. My support is 1392 plus minus 4 points and I expect that to hold, INTC MER reports today and that would set the direction of SOX and Techs over all, I would think that looking at MOT LU the going looks good, we may stumble a bit but over all the marekt would hold on to these levels I have stated above, bond yields at these levels below 6% and good earnings prospects with some support fron economic numbers can set a good rally. I will like initial pop in yields to be good for the market, it would just signal thast flight to quality was unwarranted..
