This particular offender seems to be female. Several of my neighbors have cats and they play very nicely together. I have the feeling this new one is a female because I have seen her in action and she only seems to attack female cats. My male cat can be a bit of a bully and he ignores her. He doesn't ignore males that come to his "hood".

Speaking of unaltered males, Tigger, who belonged to the awful people around the corner, and used to come beat up my cats, has disappeared. Haven't seen him in weeks. I don't like the awful people around the corner, so I haven't asked what became of him, but I assume he got hit by a car. Poor baby, not his fault his owners were awful.
