<OT, e-mail service charge>

Agree, I think the US Postal service doesn't deserve any help from us taxpayers. The government should consider this department as a business, and let leave them to compete with other mail services. If this US Postal Service is a public traded company, symbol USPS if I may suggest, then we traders can make good money shorting it long term. The gain is probably better than longing AOL long term.

I would, if I might, propose this USPS to surcharge bulk mail. This will greatly help us "mail receivers" to save time from trashing these unwanted junk mails. It also help prolonging the tree and may reduce the expense for Waste Management(WMI). I hate to receive tons of credit card offer and loan consolidated. And people are complaining that the trend for loan default is increasing.

Did you catch the WITC's 36? Sold 1/2 at 35-3/4, and planning to get them back. SF must be over-excited.
