Bill, check out UOLP:

For those of you who enjoyed VTCH, now below $9, check out UOLP. TRIIBoy reiterates his Run For The Hills The Cattle Are Dying rating.

Company has done a floorless converitble and now we find that the CFO just left.

Watch for stock to fall to $3 a share once floorless kicks in.

Check out past message on UOLP:

The greater the fraud, the more likely they'll try to pump-n-dump.

I have no problem holding a short for months/years...but if there is a trading pattern, why not cover and recycle after each pump?

The only risk is you aren't short for the final collapse (ala ENML).

Seems like the boiler rooms are spreading rumors of an ABTE buyout.

Why any company would buy out a debt-laden, near bankrupt company is beyond me. Even more puzzling is why anyone would buy this stock after doing DD.

The ABTE stock fraud - the game is over.

Short anywhere here. Absolutely do not cover under any circumstances. Remember that the company is run by some fairly sophisticated criminals. It wouldn't surprise me to see it pop here and there..but DO NOT COVER!!!
