Thanks for your response Dr. Epstein. However, let me clarify once again that I am not short (nor long) GUMM. Admittedly, I have never spent even 2 seconds looking into GUMM, the products they make, or the people who work for them. I only jumped into the conversation, albeit prematurely, because virology is something I happen to be very familiar with having personally worked on a wide variety of viruses myself. Additionally, I tend to be very skeptical any time one of Bill's short recommendations results in a frenzied flury of bullish postings from people claiming to be Dr's, scientists, or scientific experts. You may laugh at Bill's recommendation but he has an uncanny knack for picking out overvalued stocks that exist strictly on hype. If you don't believe me, then check out his record on Zonagen. I followed this issue myself for over a year and when I went to the ZONA thread to declare myself a short, I was assailed by all types of "experts" (as well as numerous insults). Unfortunately for the ZONA longs, the shorts won and are still winning that battle.

As for GUMM, the intensity with which the longs have come onto this thread have peaked my interest. You can be assured that I will do my own dd and render a verdict in short order (no pun intended).
