As I am extremely bearish since Dow 9000 or so, when I mark a stock a Buy you should probably buy it. IBM looked like a buy to me last year.
Once I recommended AMZN as a buy- I think it was in March- and it shot up 60% in two weeks.
When I'm neutral on a stock, it would probably rise, too. Why not.
When I recommend to sell a stock, it usually rises.
When I mark a stock as strong sell, it means I think its going to decimate, but it usually rises, too.

I'm sorry that the tongue in cheek didn't pass through.
