SilverBeemer From other reports, including a couple of calls that my broker has made, you may not have been talking to someone who was in the loop on this one. We'll see, but my guess is that we will either see it open late today or near the opening bell tomorrow.

SilverBMW, I did call them. They (CBAY) said that the NASD had 7 days from ANYI going effective last week to give the authority to begin trade. Bottom line is it could happen any time this week. CBAY is ready. It is just a matter of waiting for the NASD to say GO. There is a chance that the NASD could have "questions" which would start the seven day process again. Lets hope not but if they do we have waited this long, seven more days won't kill us. washdeck98
