Michael, Why the hell did he sell that software when it was the only thing the company had going for it. This is why I included the question regarding the software in my follow-ups. I think there is a lot of confusion regarding what software belongs to whom. I interpret all this to mean that WINR sold the rights to the banking software but continues to own the rights to the processing software. Remember, Skinner mentioned that as a result of these agreements, they no longer have to pay CMS a % of the processing fees collected (i.e, CMS has no rights to the processing software). Supposedly this will reduce expenses by 40%. Maybe I'm all wrong about this, but again, that's why I'm asking the question. Gary
