Jake - this is a happy situation to be in for Greg Maffei (CFO). However, as you said, how do they manage expectations going forward if they report everything now. I actually have been surprised as to how much the trial has impacted MSFT - I think this one should have traded significantly higher - as you estimate 100B in mkt cap. Very possible. Would it not be nice to wake up one morning and the trial is all settled and MSFT goes on to play catch up at Inet pace? Wishes, wishes....
