I think the shorts and longs have pretty much exhausted themselves and that this is time for a base. With such a volatile stock, I wrote July 40 options for about 1 3/4. Seems like a decent move. If MCOM over 40 I get 41 3/4. If MCOM 40 or under, I get 1 3/4 for 4 1/2 days work. They expire this week. Further, I think that option expiration will be a factor as MM tend to play these. My guess is that MCOM will finish the week just about 35. I think that there is 80% chance that MCOM will finish the week between 35 and 40. That's why I wrote the puts. I don't believe it will go much lower and I believe that next week we will see it start to move back up. I'm still long and hoping that I don't have to sell my stock at 41 3/4.
