(OTC Bulletin Board: DFNL) is pleased to announce that it has expanded its Board of Directors to five members. Donna Anderson has assumed the position of CEO and President. Charles Kiefner will remain on the board as a Director and Secretary of the company. Additionally, Steven T. Gallagher and Frankie Randall have accepted positions on the Board, replacing Elmer J. Jones and Dr. William Turner. A search has begun to fill the vacant position on the board.
