Thanks Suzanne,

I want to make a couple of more comments on acquiring the short-term capital.

IMHO the absolute #1 priority is finding a source of funding to carry the next 2-4 months. Without this, all of those wonderful deals are not going to happen and the nay sayers will control this thread for the next two years, saying "I told you so".

So here is an objective. FIND THE MONEY TO KEEP OPERATING FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. What are the company's options?

1. Sam had a suggestion for RG, and there is merit to it.

2. Put on knee pads, beg, slobber and/or give away the store.

3. Use a small part of the newly authorized shares. My compliments to the contributors here that understand some of the more complex financial scenarios. I try to be a good listener.

My understanding of the reasons to issue stock are:
* To acquire working capital
* To swap for assets during an acquisition opportunity
* To use as long-term incentives for employees

Suzanne, somebody at TSIG knows how to make shares available for sale. I believe a case could be made for even selling at the current price to get the funding.

IMHO, the share price explodes when the funding is signed, sealed and delivered. Let's concentrate on making that happen. Then all of the longs that didn't average down will be smiling again. They is a solution. If the longs didn't have all their money tied up in TSIG stock, we could probably pass the hat an make it happen.
