Thanks, CanynGirl - though I can't say I'm happy - I have a sentimental attachment to NITE. I really like it on FA grounds, but you can't let emotions affect your trading. Shorting is the way to go IMO, from watching the action in this stock. The gap up every morning has failed. Then it tanks even in positive markets. Very, very weak. Clearly, this is not connected with the Barron's article. There is something going on, and we don't know what (at least I don't). I suspect that its the shares coming out of lockup, but who knows. I'd be careful going long - the pattern is for stocks to tank on even great earnings. And this thing is tanking even before. I just don't see the upside *short term*. Longer term, I'm sure NITE will do great.

Good luck.
