I understand there is a new billboard outside of Compaq in Houston and visible from the second floor offices.

Compaq is located in the midst of a very tall pine forest. You would have to go up much higher than the second floor to see off the property.

Are you sure about that. I've see pictures of the Compaq campus and a billboard doesn't fit the location. BTWDIK

I have been by their main campus several times in the last few weeks and have not seen any such sign, although cpq does have another office building on I-45.
