here is a clue, the telcom's switch current business from IDTC AND other VOIP suppliers by going on line, immediate, period

here is my guess, IDTC gets bought out, just before closing the doors

why?
telcom's route traffic to IDTC without their customers knowing which pipe is used, easy to confirm, ask IDTC
also ask IDTC what chunk of their business is foreign, wholesale/resale, controlled by telcom's who just send it over

i really don't care about IDTC, but when the timing is right, i may short, but then again there may be better shorts
