It sure does sound like point-counterpoint after reading the two articles.I too find it hard to fathom AT@T dropping the ball this badly.Writers perception,slanted or distorted facts could all be in play here.Time will be the judge.

I would not be surprised if the DD stinks! Remember, they were forced into executing a strategy that was not their first choice. Promotions are always given to the "CAN-DO" types whether they can do it or not.
