Aljorma,
I sent an e-mail to a writer for the SF Chronicle, Deborah Solomon, over the weekend asking her about the date of the vote and she just replied that the vote has been postponed until July 26th, two weeks from today.

I have seen nothing on the wires on a vote in SF today.I was also under the impression one was to be taken today.If and when I come across anything I'll post it.
