The excerpt (part of an article on May 3, 1999) that I pasted for you to read was meant to show you that IDT is on the forefront with respect to IP telephony billing system. Perhaps you did not understand it fully. Sprint is currently using IDT's VoIP network and billing system to route its calls for the test trial which they have extended because they like it. Don't think Sprint would be happy if IDT's billing system were not up to par.

I have not looked at the link you provided due to time constraint. However, I will review the contents later and post to you if necessary.

first elemedia will have to catch up to idtc. why do you think sprint and other major telcos use idtc? you think idtc can spinoff the billing side?
