Mike: I managed to log on to the Nevada Sec of Sate's web site yesterday for the first time (//sos.state.nv.us). It's an eye opener. The web page that gives reasons for companies incorporating in Nevada tells it all. Nevada's incorporation law is designed to allow crooks to incorporate there and, with impunity,operate independent of shareholder oversight and against shareholder interests and contrary to U.S. securities law. No reporting requirements, no shareholder meeting requirements, no residence requirements - nothing. PRTI shareholders are victims of crooks , aided and abetted by the State of Nevada. The Secretary of State cannot or will not furnish me the name of the registered agent and the address of the company.I am boiling mad.
