A quick question: does anybody REALLY think that if we let the good ol' US Govt. run the Internet, that we consumers will register domain names for less than 35 bucks a year? The post office is the only govt agency that is worth a shit, and even when they sock away record profits they still find it necessary to *smack* us up with a Go# Dam$$# one penny price increase- enough to piss us off, and give the ol' postmaster a laugh.

Competing registrars charge 70 bucks per, and will likely loose money for a while. I am a considered a liberal among my peers (hard to tell from the above), but sometimes it's just best to let a business conduct business for crying out loud.

And do we happen to have an attorney in the house that can shed some light on how close to the edge Asensio is with his attempts to manipulate NSOL? Why doesn't the guy go after CSCO or something...
