<There's no doubt that a seller sold, but the fact that he was able to cross it on the offer suggests to me that at the time the trade occurred, there was a fairly substantial demand for the stock. A block sale of that size would have been crossed at 1 or more points below the bid if there was a lagging demand for the stock. > Mark, would you mind translating for us lay folks? What do you mean by "cross it on the offer" (and if not obvious, how do you know this took place?) tia.
