<<OT>> I have three stocks I hold which I recommend to folks as being "quality" bb stocks: SYCD ($.54), TSIS ($.39) and USTI ($.095).

SYCD distributes Japanese anime products on the web and to retail outlets in U.S. Recently signed two deals to sell Pokemon, which is very hot among kids these days. Only 10 million outstanding and 2 million in the freely trading float. SYCD is my favorite stock. I feel it has tremendous upside.

TSIS contracts with large corporations to meet niche telecommunications and investor communication needs. Clients include At&T, Bell Atlantic, MCI, Nike, Yahoo, etc. etc. etc. Company is profitable and very undervalued imo. 29 million outstanding and around 17 million in the float.

USTI is a small, profitable, reporting software company contracting with small governments in middle America. Good buyout target down the road. Around 40 million outstanding and 20 million in the float.

I don't think you can lose investing in any of these. It's just a waiting game for them to have their day in the sun. Hope the same is true for MGTK. We are seeing a little doubt and mild selling coming into the stock. Hope management can provide investors with a little confidence building soon.

"E" ...

It's my understanding that this means they are one of the stocks that must come up to date in filing status or they will be removed from the OTC:BB board. The OTC is starting at the beginning of the alphabet and moving through all the stocks to clean up it's board.

Once they do this (which I have no reason to believe they will not) then they will go back to AIRP. But as always do your DD, since afterall they are a BB company.

Good luck ...
