Not neccesarily, because they were profitable last quarter and this could be seen as a step in the wrong direction.

WINR price action/quick recap

There appears to be a fair number of small investors unloading some or all of their position. Virutally all 500-3,000 share sells. A meager 57,000 shares.

I was just thinking about the approximate .40-$3.00 range of WINR in the last year or so:

Stocks on the BB market especially, even the best of companies, go through phases. The trick is to buy the stocks of GOOD companies at the right time. Often people buy on run-ups and sell at or near the lows. It happens time and time again.

WLGS- many sold in the 20-30 cent range right before it hit $4.00
TLTG- many gave up at 1.25-2.00 a few months ago, and then it hit $15 last week
Ditto on many others. The point is these are all good companies that were undervalued. Is WINR at the same point? How good a company is it? That is the question that all have to decide.

QUICK RECAP (as my memory recollects):
WINR starts trading at $5.00 a couple years ago but drops as investors get impatient during the R&D phase

WINR gets attention last Feb-Mar on SI at 50-80 cents

WINR goes down to 40 cents for no real reason a few months later

WINR goes to $3.00 twice (in dec 98 and jan 99) with daytraders and friendly MM's running it up (but the price is not really justified yet)

WINR shifts direction and enters more niches, which is probably very smart to jump on new opportunities, but this is misunderstood by some as a problem or flaw in their original game plan.

WINR announces profitable first quarter in their first revenue generating quarter but somehow some are disappointed, even though WINR is among the 4% of BB companies that are profitable

WINR has a CC call cancelled due to a very important last minute client meeting request; CEO apologizes and post Q/A's on the threads; some investors were bothered by this; others view it as doing what it takes to gain needed business, which must come first

WINR reschedules CC to announce progress for this thursday but some investors are restless; stock reached lowest point in 7 months, at least on the bid side.

Just the nature of the BB I guess. Everyone needs to decide if WINR is a good buy here or not I guess. Personally the CC will help me decide just how much to accumulate at these levels.
