Although "myTrack" has most of the features I want at a reasonable cost, I don't like
their "Monitor Page" layout (this has to do with the fact that I have lousy eyes, and can't
really customize their page so it's easy for me to read).

I use Mytrack, and you can customize the colors and fonts under the "Settings" menu. Also, you can set each column to have whichever data value you want by right-clicking on the column header. What do the other services provide that give better readability?

The other suggestion I might make is use MyTrack (which I do) and decrease the resolution of your screen to 640x480 or 800x600 which will effectively increase the size of the fonts on the screen.
