ND, Doctor of Naturopathy is a legit degree and medical practice in Oregon. At least it was when I was there 25 years ago. I thought it was in Washington too. Who ever passes out these credentials should also have a degree in Irisology. Are we talking about Eyes here?

Of course I understood there is not a degree involved. No, my understanding is that in the late 60s and early 70s, Wilson and some of his friends got together and created this whole religious/philosophical system based on the goddess of discord, Eris. It was all done in the spirit of fun and as time went on they added to the system and it actually acquired a following. Wilson and his friends were sitting around smoking joints creating this thing as a spoof and some out there were taking it seriously! The books they wrote are very funny. Details are pretty vague but I recall there was Malaclypse the Elder and Malaclypse the Younger and a few other entities who were servile to Eris. My only question was did Wilson and his chums create this out of whole cloth or were they taking an old thing and re-doing it?
