Oh...Most schools are accepting theories of chaos in research models. There are mathematical models that incorporate theories of chaos. I am really sure you could get a degree studying chaos in philosophy. I do not think the degree would reflect the study area though. Usually you pick a topic like in your case it could be womens political movement and then try to explain chaotic events that have effected the movement of political systems and their effects on the women's movement specifically.
