ICOA has dropped down from .44 to .10 think it is ready for a rebound.
This month, WTI expects to introduce the world's most unique Automated Business Center. WEBCENTER Technologies, Inc., (WTI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICOA, Inc. WEBCENTER is the next generation of payphone known as "webphone" which includes mission critical services such as voice, fax, copy, print, e-mail, internet access, prepaid phone cards and electronic advertising at specifically-designated internet kiosks known as public access terminals. The "WEB-CENTER" is believed to be the first to compress advanced business services technologies into a compact terminal comparable to a modern pay phone.
The "WEBCENTER" payphone is much more than a telephone. It can send and receive faxes, copy, print (with printport and dataport for laptops), access the internet, and transmit data via e-mail. It virtually transforms the telephone handset into a multimedia terminal. And it features a 14" LCD Advertising panel, dispenses pre-paid phone cards, and provides instructions in six languages.

The Company recently announced that it has entered into a formal agreement with Pacific International Telecom, Inc., of Hawaii for Exclusive License and Distribution Agreements for Hawaii, Guam, Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, Okinawa and Saipan; with an opening order for 150 "WEBPHONE CENTERS" and a marketing goal to install up to 500 "WEBPHONE CENTERS" in the above territories which would bring an additional $3,000,000 in revenue. A like agreement was just signed with PITI for Japan, with an opening order for 75 "WEBPHONE CENTERS," with product development and services, and subsequent commitments for a total of 1,500 units adding approximately $9,000,000 in revenue.

ICOA - The Webcenter is already working in more than a thousand high traffic sites in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. It is installed in prime hotels, airports, convenience stores, malls, courthouses, retail chains, etc.

It is a state-of-the-art innovation in public telecommunications, public electronic messaging, interactive advertising, electronic vending, electronic merchandising, and incorporates secure banking and transaction processing systems.

This fully featured Webcenter enables customers to send or receive faxes, make telephone calls, retrieve voice and fax messages, and access valuable database information - all from a public environment.

The GOFAX Kiosk is totally customer-activated and accepts only credit cards, debit cards and major telephone calling cards. NO CASH! (Smart cards optional)

The Webcenter provides multi-lingual instructions to customers who can choose from one of seven major languages. It also prints out a detailed receipt of their transaction. It has been used by customers for over 5 years in prime locations and found to be robust and built to quality standards. It can be maintained and monitored remotely.

The market for payphones is large, with between 1 million and 1.3 million units being installed annyally. This number continues to grow as more and more developing countries recognize the importance of providing public access to telecommunications for their populations. As a result, this is a $2-3 billion industry.
Because the I.C.O.A. product offers advanced services beyond voice, the units are more profitable than ordinary payphones. They are also more attractive to governments and payphone operators because they provide the types of services that are badly needed, expecially in developing countries.
As a result, The Webcenter Inc. project sales of 50,000 units (or 1/2% of the world market) over a four year period. This would provide revenues of $200 million.
