60 days from 12 May, the day of the death, is July 11. 90 days is Aug 10.

But not to worry. Murphy says, "The 90 day data will not be part of the filing, although the FDA might ask for it as confirmatory evidence."

Too bad XOMA does not just say what is actually true on its' own great web site. I have no idea if Murphy is correct or not. Why would all the 90 day data not be available for use, instead of just some of it. Why would the data for those who had passed the 90 day look back, which is the vast majority, not be useable?

In the absence of current and correct information from XOMA posters and letter writers will fill the void with what they believe to be correct. I know, I certainly will do my best. <g>
