FBR 4th Annual Tech Investor Conf. July 25th-27th. Keynote by AOL's Bob Pittman.

This Technology Conference will be held in America Online's backyard. The purpose of the conference is for INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS to pick the technology winners of tomorrow.

It is no accident that the conference takes place on AOL's neighborhood and 2 days after AOL report Fiscal year end earnings. I will be looking at serious money being put to work during or after the conference as INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS will have an opportunity to meet ONE-ON-ONE with AOL's COO BOB PITTMAN among others.

BTW: NOTICE THAT NEITHER AT&T NOR ATHM or OTHER COMPETING ISP's ARE LISTED. The only ISP listed is PSINET which is a business to business isp provider not a consumer competitor of AOL.

Makes one think what AOL's presentation will be like being the TOP DOG presenting in its back yard 2 days after reporting earnings. Sounds to me like a very CONFIDENT MOVE. Looks like AOL feels pretty good about their earnings and they will no doubt showcase that and other aspects of their business model to all INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS.

MSFT went up on news of a Canadian investment of 400 million dollars
in Rogers something or the other. INTC is a toss up, hard to predict
stock reaction but earnings will be just below or in line. I am looking for a lukewarm reaction:
