I think the losses at AMD will be on the order of $170million ish or a little bit less (i.e. $165million).. while a loss is never good, the smaller the loss, the better.. ;)

Absolutely, and positively, HERO! And for that matter, for all men and women who were invloved in Fab 25's 0.25 transition.

Without the 0.25 transition, AMD would have been in Chapter 11 proceeding, right now.

Doran was responsible for getting the production up and running. That he did. Unfortunately, AMD was unable to actually sell quite a few of the chips he produced. Not his department, though.
