Market Guide sez 48.9M outstanding/32.3 float. Of the 3.3, 1.3 is coming out of the executive's hoard, so the share dilution will only be a couple of percent. The market should adsorb the extra float without too much trouble...its only a couple of days of volume...I think the BIG issue is the execs selling ~$180M worth of stock. Sure looks like cash 'em in time.
