That's right. When I exercise, there's something "there", to show for it; which, to me, is as it should be. Makes sense. Thass why exercising without some resultant change in environemt-provisioning is so strange.

I mean, if you can't figure out how to get exercise improving your house/place, you're ~ uhm ~ how do I put this delicately....

They even call it "working out", and still they see no clue.
