Hi, I was just in Clearwater yesterday. I spent the weekend at
Clearwater Beach.

I think that the gameplan is to do the merger/reverse split just as
they return to profitability. I think that they just might pull it
off. Notice the higher prices at Checkers. The improved menu. I
hear breakfast may be on the way.

This is a crapshoot. I feel however that they just might make this
work.
We'll soon see.
