To "Johngmack". I could not agree with you more. i ALWAYS concentrate on the future - always just the FUTURE!! anyway - i am smart enough to read "between the lines" of what you are trying to say to me. Yes - it is, of course, extremely difficult (impossible) to be in anyway "optimistic" about the future prospects and potential of a company (ANY company) when you have just been totally financially "butt-fu*ked" via investing in that company. trust me - i really do fully understand that. HOWEVER - unless i totally MISunderstood what you are saying - your post simply underscores the point that i was trying (obviously very poorly) to make in my prior post. that "point" was simply that (IMO) a whole LOT of people (not just Mr. Z) should most definitely NOT be investing in "micro-cap" companies AT ALL - PERIOD - NEVER!! to be brutally blunt - investing in these types of companies can very quickly (easily) totally financially "wipe-out" a novice stock market investor before that investor has a chance to even know what the hell just "hit" him. as i said in one (1) of my prior post (maybe not on this message board) i honestly believe (know) that it has become sort of a "faddish" thing to invest in "micros" these days. everyone seems to be "hearing" and seeing (via the internet) about how seemingly easy it is to make "thousands" and even "millions" of dollars via investing in these types of companies. they all seem to be saying - "Hay - if that jack-ass can do that then i sure as hell can do that too"!! well - guess what - WRONG!! what these very foolish (naive) people do NOT seem to realize and understand is that it is only a very small MINORITY of stock market PROFESSIONAL investors that are making almost ALL of the money via investing in these EXTREMELY RISKY types of companies!! anyway - this is starting to turn into a philosophical type of discussion and i only engage in those kind of discussions with my "trucker" buddies while sitting around the local truck stop gulping down gallons of coffee!! HAY - come to Kingman sometime and join us. there is always room for one (1) more truck stop "philosopher". we're real easy to find. we are the ones making a lot of noise and trying our best to give the waitresses a spank on the butt!! we usually end-up getting a slap across the mouth - OUCH!! DAMN - that HURTS - honey-buns!! Gee - i was only kidding!! take care, my friend.
