Anyone remember BMCS back in April 1999??? They had problems with their previous acquisitions, and investors were leery with the upcoming merger with Bool&Babbage (BOOL). Also announced revenue growth was flat, profit margins declining, sequential earnings flat, SG&A increasing, etc. Dropped from 60's to 30. 3 months later, it's back to 60 again. BMCS is not considered an internet growth stock like NEON was before the warning...I believe NEON's reincarnation will be just as fast and furious.
