I am completely out of AMAT and CSCO

Hi Bill,

What about one of your other favorite longs INTC? They've had quite a run-up the last couple of weeks and they report on Wednesday.

regards,

tom

What I think about when I'm not thinking about stocks....

Did Bob Marley rip off the bridge to Buffalo Soldier from the "Banana Splits" theme song?

Bill,

Good call on CSCO. Unfortuantely, my capital gains on this one are such that selling for a pullback is not wise. Better for me to just hold through any downturn or -- if things look like they'll get really bad -- just sell calls or buy puts as a hedge. Very much like my long term INTC position.

Ditto on AMAT. I had alread trimmed back my position there several points back, and am content to keep holding some through whatever roughness hits.

Still holding some of the smaller Semi cap equipment companies and lots of other stuff, but scaling back too. I have a feeling things won't get too bad right now.
