Tony,
I've played some other broken stocks very profitably (SEPR, SFSK, NMGC which are my winners in the dead cat bounce game). Tony it's my observation that it takes a while for these things to find the base (usually when volume starts to dry up) in the 2-6 week range. At that point they are in the oversold catagory and eligable for the bounce. Of course some idea of fundamentals and the specifics of the problem and company helps make sure your not buying something with a few more rats in the cellar. I do have one small cap manufacturer that I got 2k of @6, 2k of @5 and recently 4k of @ 4 3/16 starting last October. Fortunatly it's back to 5 3/8 and headed up. I stuck with that one because it's a manufacturer going for .6 of book and no goodwill. Anyway bounce plays are best made with stocks that your prepared to go the distance with (if your timing is off) and I'm sticking with this one cause I see 8-12 in the distance.
With NEON the issue is this sequential decline of revenue and assuring onesself that it's not a harbinger of things to come. Certianly NEON has plenty of cash. If the problem is just a speed bump (and the market stays healthy) could get a nice bounce/return.
I'd follow closly their disclosure on the 20th.
Good luck with it, I'll be keeping a eye on it too. If you get your arms around it let me know, I'll do the same.
Best Regards,
Mad2
