But on this latest 144, June 25, how the heck do they figure a buck a share?: biz.yahoo.com

Obviously, there's something here about 144s I don't understand. Yes, I know they're "planned sales", but typically the "planned sale" correlates to price ranges in the filing time—in the cases I've seen, at least. How does 'a buck' get figured here on a fifty cent PoS? Help?
