A: completely new owners. Q: "What will it take to make the OX2 creditable in your opinion?"

The provenance of the engine in not good and I a mbeign kind. You are a very bright engineer, but you have fallen for a perpetual stock selling machine. To make this real, the Murray Baileys and TRAVs of the world must be extinguished. As well, a new owner with deep pockets and an existing brand name and distribution channel will be essential. Go back and read the wankel rotary post from way back or look at Orbital Engine.

Those are real companies with real managements that were not pumping and dumping for their primary reason of existance. Now think about AENG, it'll never happen with the current shift on the watch. Of course, this is all in my opinion. But I think it's time to get involved again, don't you?
