Impossible to know what the short interest means right now, too many arbitrage plays going between the MDCD acquisition and the upcoming tracking stock. I'm guessing that everyone is guessing that the drive stub will crash and the tape stub will soar after the fact, and have developed all sorts of complicated strategies to take advantage of it. Will be interesting when it happens. All sorts of new faces may well show up on the thread for awhile.
