I like it as well but as Oil stated, your press release did not state the terms of the financing. My first instinct...something is fishy. Why hide it. That may account for today decrease. Jawz casted doubt today for no reason at all. This should not have happened!

Even thought I think the deal, so what I know of it, is pretty good, the people who handle your press releases should be looking for a career change. This isn't the first time this has happened. Hire somebody who knows that their doing.

go jawz go!

p.s: there is an internal news update that BMO sends within their private client division as well as some Nesbitt Brokers that comes out daily. This update includes news from Jawz's releases. From what I understand, Jawz is the only "penny" stock to have this space alotted to them when news does come out. ...meaning, people with intelligence are reading your news releases. Dont's spook them!

Thanks Barrie. What about the remaining financing? Is the the target still to issue 5-7M in new shares in aggregate for the year. Do the warrants issued to Glentel count toward that requirement? Has the increase in the share price allowed management some latitude to decrease the dilutional impact? Using the terms that Glentel received I don't think you'll have a hard time finding more financing more favorable than TK deal. Although I assume TK placed the deal for JAWZ as they were quoted in the PR. If so can you say what the fees were? Thanks for your help.
