Good evening Steve, A few weeks ago, there were a number of reports ...either from E-3 or from one of the stops of the roadshow...of WAVX having somewhere in the neighborhood of 30-40,000 titles available in their version of a online music store. Here is an article regarding Liquid Audio and Musicmaker.Com. cbs.marketwatch.com "Liquid audio has 200 web sites in it's syndication network and 60,000 songs for sale. Almost all of these from artists not on a major label..." Of note is their market cap of nearly 640 million dollars! Liquid Audio is one of the members of the SDMI who is attempting to become apart of the standard solutions blessed by the SDMI. Unfortunately, it is looking as though SDMI will endorse a number of DIFFERENT technologies. FORTUNATELY for WAVX...EMBASSY can incorporate the VARIOUS solutions into it!!! Now compare all of the other facets of Wave Systems...and now look at the market cap of Liquid Audio and Musicmaker.com (HITS)...now look at our market cap. Sincerely, Jas
