I'm not sure this is such good news for BRKS. As an integrator of both ASYT and INFAB SMIF's and FOUPS, my experience with INFAB has not been very good. The mechanical construction of their indexer is nowhere near as robust as ASYT and I've had a lot more problems with reliability. While it does give BRKS the ability to go head to head all across the automation line, it won't do much good if they don't address lots of issues with INFAB hardware. For the record, I don't own either ASYT or BRKS. olduvai5
