Believe me, I'm NOT running around telling everyone that this is just one big buying opportunity and yes they need cash. That's why the rollback. If they can get a viable venture ready to be vended in and get Taylor sold off OR somehow resurrect things with Oscar, then we still have a reason to own (IMO). If they can't then we are toast. As far as the cash is concerned, if they can find a legitimate business venture, they will be able to get the cash.

Somewhere along the line, Oscar is going to need to be able to go forward, if he doesn't want Taylor Rigs to just shrivel up and die. I guess that and the legal activity are our hope that something useful (to WRN) still comes out of Taylor. It is VERY unfortunate that things came apart on that front, because it still looks to be a VERY viable business, to me.

Salut,

Leigh McBain

Magic Wand you say ??

Well, I have a feeling you are right on the money. My gut tell's me that the company put out the worst scenerio possible to have people sell shares. Later, as they stated , they will change company names...and <crossing my fingers> turn themselves into an internet play.

I just think something like this is on the horizon cause I have never seen a company come out with such a negative release.

Good luck all...still holding my 1000 shares.
