Can you imagine Nortel to publish a press release like that "president of Nortel have been interview by National Post, you can read the article in weekend edition".

I think there's some misunderstanding... the interview was done July 7, 1999. The article simply stated that Mr. Wawrew of IPV was interviewed by wallstreetreporter! The interview is available by going to www.wallstreetreporter.com (click on CEO interviews on the left side and choose "I" then go down till you see Image Processing System.)

In MY opinion, there is nothing wrong with this press release. I think that the PR's main purpose was to informs ALL investor of company coverage. How many people would have thought that IPV would get coverage from WallStreetReporter which deals mostly with US companies?? I haven't had time to listen to the actual interview, however, just knowing that this event had taken place already means that at least the company attains greater US exposure. The PR can't hurt the company, it can only help IMO.

I think like yourself, most people would view this positively - since you implied that it could push the price up in the short term. What you do with your shares is up to you. I'm not telling anybody to buy or sell any IPV shares. I've held my shares for more than 2yrs. Even though I, like most people, am dissappointed with the performance, I believe that the recent turn of events (US exposure, suggested profitable Q1 and profitable fiscal year, Asian flu gone, recent contracts won, etc..) will result in an increase in share price. But since I can not tell the future, there are risks involved in being an IPV shareholder.

I'm NOT hyping this stock. All I'm trying to do is post company PRs. I voice my own opinion now and then hoping that if I'm mistaken, somebody would be kind enough to point it out to me.

Hopefully you get your principal back and more. I hope WE ALL would.

Allan

just a note about WallStreetReporter...

"In December 1996 we became the first Internet site to feature daily CEO Interviews. Since that time we have conducted over 3000 interviews, which have been heard by more than two million investors worldwide. We also publish a complementary monthly publication: Wall Street Reporter Magazine which is read by over 25,000 stockbrokers, portfolio managers, analysts, and sophisticated investors. "

Good luck to all.
