PR tomorrow that would clarify the Terms of the financing. The saga countinues. At least I feel a bit better that some one is responding to my legitamate concerns. Your concerns ,, eh! You wouldn't even have bothered to ask had we not made everyone aware of the dangers of floorless preferreds. Instead of insulting us, you should save your rage for demanding results from companies. If they resind the financing deal, or make them fixed convertables, you should thank us.
