Why would this news make the stock go up?

Well Larry, if I was the suspicious type, I would say the news didn't make the stock go up, rather the stock was driven up to make the news. Seems like $.35-.40 share price might be a little more attractive to any Warrant holders being given the opportunity to buy now at $.50 instead of later at the original price. It would certainly be interesting to know who was buying ahead of the news. But that's just if I was the suspicious type.

ps. Am I too naive to be suspicious??

Larry, <<Why would this news>> Naxos is telling the market that it will get the share price up to over $0.50 so that warrants will convert, the source of funding, management's job security. These crooks will probably put out some press release bullshit about seeing yellow in the urinals to get a jump in share price, look for the trading volume signal that precedes the press release.

Feeding the shorts:
1. Put out rumors and bullshit PRs, wave pom poms, but let the friends know it's bullshit.
2. Friends short sell at the short term high.
3. Friends ride and drive the price down (continue to short) as the market also learns the last news is bullshit.
4. Friends cover on oversold, high five management.

Anybody see the pattern here?
